John Fulton

John Fulton is a Managing Director at Corrum Capital Management LLC and is responsible for the sourcing, execution and ongoing management of investments for the firm. Prior to founding Corrum Capital, John was at Bank of America and had responsibilities with the company’s alternative investments portfolio. John previously held roles within Bank of America’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank underwriting, structuring, and executing financings for merger & acquisition, leveraged buyout and leveraged recapitalization transactions. John received a BS from Clemson University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
